Haryana City Gas Distribution Ltd. is registered under the company act 2013, it is a unit of SKN Group. SKN – HCG GROUP is authorized by the PNGRB as well as State Government of Haryana to distribute CNG and PNG in Gurugram (Haryana). SKN – HCG GROUP has also got the authorisations from Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) for distribution of city gas distribution in Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) and Puducherry (UT).
Having a proven track record of implementing, operating, maintains, and expanding the City Gas Distribution network in a safe and effective manner, SKN – HCG GROUP has been supplying CNG and PNG through gas pipe line for Domestic, Commercial and Industrial sectors and also through CNG stations in Gurugram (Haryana), Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) and Puducherry.
PNG is directly supplied through gas pipe lines to domestic, commercial and Industrial Customers. There are more than 30,000+ household consumers in domestic sectors and around 500+ Industrial and Commercial Customers.
CNG is compressed natural gas supplied through CNG retail stations to fill cylinders installed in Cars, Buses and other transport automobiles. There are 35 CNG stations in different locations in Gurugram (Haryana) and few more under construction.
The main objective of SKN Group is to expand and provide safe, convenient and reliable natural gas to Domestic, Commercial and Industrial Sectors in Gurugram, Bhiwadi and Puducherry geographical area.
Haryana City Gas Distribution (Bhiwadi) Limited is registered under the company act 2013 and has exclusive authorization from Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) for developing City Gas Distribution Network in the geographical area of Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
HCG Bhiwadi is under the wing of SKN Group, which is already providing CNG & PNG in Gurugram (Haryana).
With the directions of Mr. Satish Chopra (Chairman) and Mr. Karan Chopra (CEO), HCGD(B)L is working towards the goal to provide cleaner fuel to the household, commercial and industrial consumers of Bhiwadi.
HCGD(B)L is committed to their stake holders by providing well planned infrastructure & network for supply of cleaner fuel (natural gas). Currently operating one CNG station and two CNG stations under construction, we are working towards fulfilling the requirement of Industrial, commercial sector and domestic network through city gas network. Already providing over 200km network and is adding more to the CGD network daily.

East Coast Natural Gas Distribution Pvt. Ltd. was awarded by the PNGRB, the geographical area of Puducherry district to lay and operate the city gas distribution (CGD network). SKN HCGDPL won the bid out of nine bidders – Adani gas, Torrent Power, IOCL, HPCL, GAIL, BGGR, IMC and others.
SKN group is expanding its natural gas network in Puducherry, under the name of M/s East Coast Natural Gas Distribution Private Limited (ECNGDPL), which is registered under company act 2013.
Under this project an area of 294 sq.km will be covered with 130 CNG stations and CGD system to fulfill the requirement of around 275,000 domestic customers in the next 8 years.
We have already procured land for the City Gate Station and signed an agreement with IOCL for door step delivery of LNG at Puducherry for the next 5 years. This will help cover industrial pockets towards in the outer limits of the GA as well. The network laying will commence soon.
